2. Visiting the website and server log files<\/h2>\n

This website is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is collected automatically, e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page visited, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and is deleted after a short period.<\/p>\n

3. Contact form and email<\/h2>\n

When you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, preferred appointment and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and arrange appointments. Form submissions are delivered to me by email. I do not share this data without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed and no legal retention obligations apply.<\/p>\n

Anything you share with me during a consultation is treated confidentially.<\/p>\n

4. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile<\/h2>\n

To protect the contact form from spam, I use Cloudflare Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Technical data (e.g. IP address and browser information) is transmitted to Cloudflare to verify that the submission comes from a human. More information: Cloudflare privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)<\/h2>\n

This website uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. \/ Google LLC). When the fonts are loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. More information: Google privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

6. Google Analytics and cookies<\/h2>\n

If you give your consent via the cookie banner, I use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd. \/ Google LLC to understand how visitors use this website. Cookies are set and usage data (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device type) is transmitted to Google in shortened or pseudonymised form. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.<\/p>\n

7. Links to external services<\/h2>\n

For booking appointments I link to Calendly. Only when you click such a link are you taken to the provider’s website, where its own privacy policy applies. The same applies to links to social networks and other websites.<\/p>\n

8. Transfer of data abroad<\/h2>\n

Some of the providers mentioned above (Cloudflare, Google) may process data in the USA or other countries. Transfers are based on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n

9. Your rights<\/h2>\n

You have the right to request information about the personal data I hold about you, to request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Please contact me at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.<\/p>\n
